- Menu adaptability — Embraces regular updates to cocktail recipes and specs, executing new builds confidently and quickly as our menu evolves with the seasons and our growing whiskey program.
- Consistency in craft — Takes pride in precision — correct measurements, proper technique, and consistent presentation on every pour, every time.
- Task-oriented mindset — Stays focused and methodical during service, completing setup, restocking, and side duties with the same attention brought to guest-facing work.

Responsibilities
- Craft and serve cocktails to recipe spec with consistency and efficiency across all service periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station.
- Adapt promptly to menu updates and new drink builds as they are introduced.
- Support floor and bar team members during high-volume periods.
- Engage guests with knowledgeable, approachable conversation about our whiskey and cocktail program.
- Uphold the Traverse City Whiskey Co. standards of quality, hospitality, and professionalism on every shift.

Pay Rate: $5.43 per hour + tips
